3. Prices, availability and promotions
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Review applicable taxes, shipping and the total in your order summary. Inventory and prices can change, and an item shown in a search may become unavailable. Contact us if an error or stock issue affects your order. Manufacturer rebates and promotions have their own eligibility rules, purchase periods and claim deadlines. A rebate may require a separate claim and is not necessarily an immediate checkout discount.
4. Orders and payments
Review your contact details, address, products and total carefully. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Processing may include authentication or additional verification by your bank or payment provider. Clicking a payment button or submitting an application is not proof of completed payment. Keep your order confirmation and contact us promptly about errors or unexpected payment status. Do not send card details or bank passwords through our contact form or by email.
5. Paying in installments
Financing is available only where offered and is subject to eligibility, verification, approval and the applicable agreement. An application or button click does not guarantee approval or create a loan by itself. Review the amount financed, payment schedule, interest, fees and total cost disclosed before accepting. Your signed financing documents govern repayment. A cancellation or return request does not, by itself, change that agreement; contact us to confirm how an approved adjustment affects your balance and payments.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options and charges depend on the products and destination. Delivery dates are estimates unless an express commitment is stated for your order. Provide a complete address and follow carrier instructions. Inspect the shipment on arrival and contact us promptly about missing items, damage or a product that differs from your order. 7. Returns, cancellations and warranties
Our published return window is 30 days for unused, unmounted products. Contact us with your order number before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and instructions. Mounted products require inspection. Ask us to confirm applicable shipping charges and refund details; do not assume a cancellation or refund is complete until confirmed. Manufacturer warranty coverage depends on the product and manufacturer’s terms. These arrangements do not limit mandatory rights or legal warranties available under applicable consumer law.
8. Services, changes and your rights
Catalog, payment, verification and delivery services may rely on third parties and their applicable terms. Site interruptions or errors can occur; contact us if information appears incorrect or an order cannot be completed. Content and branding belong to their respective owners. Applicable Canadian and provincial consumer protections continue to apply. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
